BV 999 Terms and Conditions – Rules, Bonuses & Fair Play

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases have the meanings set out below. Understanding these definitions is important before reading the rest of this document.

• "Balance" / "Wallet" — the PKR funds held in a player's bv 999 account, consisting of real money and/or bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credit, welcome bonus, cashback, or tournament prize awarded by bv 999 subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "WR" — the total amount that must be bet using bonus funds before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money" — PKR funds deposited by the player via a supported payment method, distinct from bonus funds.
• "Supported Payment Methods" — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.
• "Game" — any product available on the bv 999 platform, including but not limited to Sports Betting, Baccarat, Roulette, Poker, Ludo, and Virtual Sports.
• "Services" — the full range of products, features, and functionality available via the bv 999 website and any associated applications.

To use bv 999, you must register an account. By completing registration, you confirm the following:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering as an individual for your own personal use — not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You have not previously held a bv 999 account that was suspended or permanently closed.
• All information you provide during registration — including your name, date of birth, and mobile number — is accurate, complete, and current.
• You will maintain accurate account information and notify bv 999 promptly if any details change.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and you are participating voluntarily.

One Account Per Player: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one bv 999 account. Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under your own name or another identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All accounts involved will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. bv 999 will never ask for your password via any channel. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately.

All deposits on bv 999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-volume deposits may trigger verification requirements under our KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.

Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Pakistani-issued Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards. Deposits via all digital wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are typically credited within seconds. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank.

Deposit Conditions:

• Funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. bv 999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Deposits made via credit card may be subject to additional verification to comply with financial regulations.
• bv 999 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — check with your payment provider before depositing.
• Failed deposits are not credited. If you believe a deposit has failed but funds have left your account, contact support with the transaction reference.
• bv 999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that appears to be associated with fraudulent activity.

bv 999 is committed to fast, transparent withdrawals. The average withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed the same business day for requests made before 5:00 PM PKT.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name — the same name associated with your bv 999 account.
• Withdrawal to a different payment method than the one used for deposit may require additional identity verification.
• bv 999 charges no withdrawal fees. Processing fees charged by your payment provider are outside our control.
• Only real money balances (funds deposited by you and winnings derived from real money play) are withdrawable. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirement has been fully met.
• bv 999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (CNIC copy, proof of payment method) before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard KYC procedure and does not imply wrongdoing.
• Withdrawals requested during periods of suspected account irregularity may be placed on hold pending investigation. Players will be notified and given the opportunity to respond.

bv 999 offers bonuses and promotional credits to players as a form of added value. All bonuses are subject to the terms in this section and any additional terms specified at the point of offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to these conditions.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Each player is entitled to claim each type of bonus once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between players or accounts.
• bv 999 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion to exploit promotional terms, or strategic wagering solely to clear a bonus with minimal risk — results in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

Bonus Wagering Summary:

All bets placed on bv 999 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question, as well as the general rules in this section. In the event of any conflict, game-specific rules take precedence.

General Betting Conditions:

• All bets are placed in PKR and settled in PKR.
• A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the bv 999 system. Bets shown as "pending" have not yet been confirmed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game, per market, and per table. Limits are displayed within the game interface before any bet is placed.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless a specific cash-out or in-play editing feature is available for that market.
• bv 999 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault, or on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of betting.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game, bv 999 will attempt to reconstruct the session. If reconstruction is not possible, bets from the affected round may be voided and stakes returned.
• Sports Betting markets that are suspended mid-event due to data feed errors will have active bets voided if no result can be confirmed.

RNG Games: All electronic casino games — Roulette, Baccarat, Poker, and Ludo — use a certified Random Number Generator for all outcomes. The certification is subject to independent audit. Game histories are logged and available to players in their account.

bv 999 maintains a strict fair play policy to protect the integrity of all games and ensure a level playing field for every registered player. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Cheating Software: Use of any bot, script, automated betting tool, or software that interacts with the bv 999 platform without human input.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly Poker or Live Dealer games.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false information, or exploiting promotional structures in ways not intended by the offer terms.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets specifically designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome by exploiting odds differences, particularly in combination with bonus funds.
• Money Laundering: Using the bv 999 platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious transaction patterns are reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
• Identity Fraud: Registering under a false identity, impersonating another person, or using another individual's payment credentials.

bv 999 employs active monitoring systems that flag unusual patterns across all accounts and game types. Any account found to be involved in the above activities will be suspended immediately, balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to law enforcement.

bv 999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the time period requested.
• Account activity that indicates fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Player request — any player may request closure of their own account at any time through the account settings or by contacting support. Voluntary self-exclusion is also available as a separate tool under Responsible Gaming.

Effect of Closure: Upon account closure, any real money balance in the account will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method, subject to identity verification. Bonus funds are forfeited upon closure regardless of the reason.

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from your use or inability to use the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party provider failures, telecommunications outages, or force majeure events beyond our control.
• Losses arising from your own decision to gamble, including losses resulting from your betting strategy or use of bv 999 features.
• Any delay in processing a withdrawal caused by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or other external payment processor.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to keep your credentials secure.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes any liability that cannot be legally excluded, including liability for fraud or gross negligence on the part of bv 999.
